Policies

Because transparency matters as much as cleanliness.

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be paid in full before drop-off or pick-up.

  • Add-ons must be selected when booking.

  • No cash accepted at pickup.

Pick Up & Drop Off

  • $15 flat fee within the Omaha metro area.

  • Gear must be ready and accessible at the scheduled time.

Cleaning Policies

  • Cleaned with baby-safe, non-toxic products.

  • Harness straps are hand-cleaned only per safety standards.

  • We always follow each manufacturer’s cleaning guidelines to ensure product safety.

  • Some stains or odors may not fully lift.

Cancelations

  • Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled 24+ hours in advance with no fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to show for your appointment, will result in forfeiture of payment (no refund).

Heavy Soiling & Bio Cleaning

  • Items with vomit, blowouts, mold, or heavy pet hair require a $20 Bio Clean fee.

  • Please disclose at booking — undisclosed messes will be billed before cleaning continues.

  • If not approved, the item will be returned uncleaned.

Liability

  • Seat & Stroller Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fading, or manufacturer defects.

  • We’re not liable for issues caused by prior wear, installation errors, or design flaws.

  • All cleaning is done with care and in line with manufacturer safety guidelines.

  • Any concerns will be photographed and discussed with the customer before we continue.

Privacy & Customer Agreement

At Seat & Stroller Spa, your trust means everything to us. Any personal information you share when booking (like your name, email, phone number, or service details) is used only to schedule, communicate, and complete your cleaning service. We never sell or share your information — ever.

When booking a service, customers agree to our Seat & Stroller Spa Customer Agreement & Liability Waiver, which outlines our cleaning standards, safety procedures, and limits of liability. Our cleaning is cosmetic and not a repair or inspection service. Some stains, odors, or wear may not fully lift, and customers are responsible for ensuring all safety features (straps, buckles, etc.) are properly reassembled before use.

We handle every item with care, using baby-safe, non-toxic products and following manufacturer safety guidelines. If an item shows damage, safety issues, or heavy soiling beyond what was disclosed, we may contact you before continuing.

By booking a service, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the items being cleaned and agree to the terms outlined in our policies and waiver.
