Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because our services are time-based and customized to each client, we do not issue refunds once a booking is confirmed.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled 24+ hours in advance at no cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, or failure to provide access to your items, will result in forfeiture of payment.
Refunds are not provided for pre-existing wear, stains, or damage that cannot be removed.
